Malone Golf Club
The Malone Golf Club in Malone has been awarded Golf Digest's "Best Places to Play." The course received higher ratings than any course north of Albany, NY and in Québec. The club, which celebrated its 100th anniversary last year, has 36 championship holes divided into two outstanding courses designed by Robert Trent Jones.

Saranac Inn Golf Club
The Saranac Inn Golf Club was also recognized by Golf Digest as one of four U.S. courses one hundred years or older that received four and a half stars. This par 72 has a reputation for extraordinary maintenance with full automatic irrigation and bent grass greens. Its rating of 72.1, slope of 128, and length of 6,557 yards makes it one of the most challenging courses in the northeast.

Tupper Lake Golf & Country Club
The Tupper Lake Country Club, located on Rt. 30 south of Tupper Lake, was designed by Donald Ross in 1932. Sculptured at the base of Mt. Morris, this challenging mountainous course has lush rolling fairways with small greens.
