Adirondack Camping

In the Adirondack Lakes Region, you can spend a night under the stars on your own private island campsite or park at a full service hook-up with all the amenities. We feature 15 designated campgrounds and nearly 2,000 sites, with many located right on the water. Our campgrounds offer striking mountain views and easy access to Adirondack fishing, hiking, kayaking, and endless outdoor recreation. Depending on what kind of adventure you seek, you can choose to camp near quiet wilderness Adirondack hiking trails, on tranquil shorelines, or in a forest lean-to.

Campgrounds

For those who love Adirondack canoeing, consider a camping trip to Fish Creek, Rollins Pond, Buck Pond, or the Saranac Lake Islands. Many are in close proximity to Adirondack hiking trails, all provide miles of water recreation and some allow you to camp on selected Adirondack islands and wake up to amazing waterfront views. If RV camping and cabins are more your style, check out Babbling Brook RV Park, Fish Creek, Ponderosa Campsite, Deer River Campsite, Blue Jay or High Falls Park, among others.
